Lunch

Pencil, coloured pencil, 8 x 8 inches, 2005.

This was drawn on a piece of watercolour paper with a ‘not’ surface (which is relatively rough) with hindsight I prefer a smoother paper to draw on, although it did lend some background texture to the drawing.

I know a fairy's got to eat something, but I still feel rather sorry for the beetle. I like beetles.
